     Sir William Livingston, 4th Lord Livingston of Callendar was the son of James Livingston, 3rd Lord Livingston of Callendar and Beatrice (or Elizabeth) Fleming.1,3 Sir William Livingston, 4th Lord Livingston of Callendar married Agnes Hepburn, daughter of Alexander Hepburn, of Whitsome and Janet Napier, before 6 April 1501.3 Sir William Livingston, 4th Lord Livingston of Callendar died before 21 April 1518 probably about 1514.4,5

     Sir William de Livingston, was the son of Sir William de Livingston, Lord of Gorgyn, Craigmillar and Drumry and Margaret Comyn ?1 Sir William de Livingston, married Christian de Callendar, daughter of Sir Patrick de Callendar, in 1345.2 Sir William de Livingston, died before 30 November 1364 leaving four sons.1 Sheriff of Haddington, 1339; Sheriff of Lanark, 1358; fought at Neville's Cross, 1346.2

     William Smith Livingston was born on 4 November 1779. He was the son of Peter Robert Livingston and Margaret Livingston. William Smith Livingston died on 4 January 1795 at the age of 15.

     Col. William Smith Livingston was born on 27 August 1755.2 He was the son of Robert James Livingston and Susanna Smith.1 Col. William Smith Livingston married Catherine Lott, daughter of Abraham Lott, in 1774. They had a large family but only a son Francis and two daughters, married and left issue.2 He was a brave and gallant officer in the Revolution, and from his reckless daring gained the title of "Fighting Bill," was conspicuous in the battle of Long Island, taken prisoner, and confined in the Sugar House, but was soon exchanged.2 Col. William Smith Livingston died on 25 June 1794 at the age of 38.2

     William Livingston third of Kilsyth was the son of Edward Livingston of Balcastle and Margaret Dunbar.2 William Livingston third of Kilsyth married Elizabeth Graham, daughter of Patrick Graham, 1st Baron Graham and Christian Erskine, by agreement dated 19 December 1480.2 William Livingston third of Kilsyth was killed on 9 September 1513 in the Battle of Flodden.2

Jackson on 26 October 1908 in Philadelphia.3 Benoni Lockwood died in 1952 in St. Augustine, Florida,

Benoni Lockwood, a retired lawyer, formerly of New York, died on Sunday in his residence in St. Augustine, Fla., after a brief illness. His age was 85. Mr, Lockwood was the son of Benoni and Florence Bayard Lockwood of New York and a nephew of Thomas F. Bayard, Secretary of State under President Cleveland and the first United States Ambassador to the Court of St. James.
He was graduated from St. Paul's School, Concord, N.H., and in 1887 from Columbia University, where he was stroke of the varsity crew.
He practiced law here and later was associated with railway and industrial enterprises in Ecuador. Between the two World Wars he resided in France and for the last twelve years in Florida.
Surviving are his widow, the former Julia Chapin of New York and three children by his previous marriage to the former Mary Isabel Bonner of New York. They are Benoni Lockwood Jr., Mrs. Alexander D. Knox and Mrs. Kenneth B. Outerbridee. New York Times, 5 August 1952.4
