     Dr. Edward Osborne Coates was born on 28 August 1918.³ He married Cynthia Sewall, daughter of Arthur H. Sewall and Anne Lane Warren, in 1993.⁴ Dr. Edward Osborne Coates died on 11 November 2008 in Topsham, Maine, at the age of 90 and is buried in Harward Cemetery, Bowdoinham, Sagadahoc County, Maine.²

     Elizabeth Coates was born circa 1766.² She married Thomas Greenleaf on 13 June 1789 in Newburyport, Massachusetts.² Elizabeth Coates married secondly Colonel John Greenleaf, son of Hon. Benjamin Greenleaf and Elizabeth Chauncy, on 2 November 1791 in Newburyport, Massachusetts.² Elizabeth Coates died in August 1793 in Newburyport, Massachusetts.²

     Anna Cobb was born on 20 January 1811 in Hardwick, Caledonia County, Vermont, There is no evidence that this is the Anna Cobb who married Sewall, though the date and place of birth suggests it.² She married Charles Bayley Sewall, son of Theodore Sewall and Olive Beal, on 5 May 1830 in Hardwick, Caledonia County, Vermont.¹

     Moses Gill Cobb was born on 24 November 1820 in Princetown. He married Sophia Munroe, daughter of Edmund Munroe and Sophia Sewall, on 14 October 1846. Moses Gill Cobb died on 3 November 1903 in San Francisco, California, at the age of 82.

     Sabra Cobb married Rev. John Emerson, son of Rev. Joseph Emerson and Mary Moody. Sabra Cobb died in 1806 in Conway.

Coburn and Mercy Tripp.^2,3 Harriet Putnam Coburn married David Alexander Sewall, son of Levi Sewall and Rebecca Alexander, on 7 July 1861 in Crystal, Island Falls, Maine.⁴ Harriet Putnam Coburn and David Alexander Sewall appear on the census of 1900 at Island Falls, Maine, with two daughters Alice and Mary, both single, a niece Alice Brown and a boarder.⁵ Harriet Putnam Coburn appears on the census of 1910 at Island Falls where she was head of the household with three of her children, son-in-law and grandchildren.⁶ She died on 4 February 1917 in Island Falls, Aroostook County, Maine, at the age of 84.⁷ She was buried on 8 February 1917 in Island Falls Cemetery, Island Falls, Aroostook County, Maine.^8,7

     Lewis George Coburn was born in June 1823 in Thetford, Vermont.^1,2 He was the son of George Coburn and Elizabeth Southwork.² Lewis George Coburn married firstly Adeline Heath on 17 June 1847 in East Bridgewater, Massachusetts.² Lewis George Coburn married secondly Josephine Perkins Crouse, daughter of Jacob Crouse and Abbie Banks, on 9 April 1895 in Melrose, Massachusetts.² Lewis George Coburn died on 17 November 1913 in Melrose, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, at the age of 90.³

     Lois Coburn was born on 18 April 1901 in Melrose, Massachusetts.¹ She was the daughter of George Lewis Coburn and Charlotte (Lottie) Goldsmith Sewall.¹ Lois Coburn died on 17 October 1989 probably in Massachusetts at the age of 88 and probably unmarried.²

     Richard Burbank Coburn was born in 1939 in New Hampshire.¹ He was the son of Charles Sewall Coburn and Catherine Anna Twitchell.¹ Richard Burbank Coburn died in 1942.¹
