     Mercy Cotton was born on 3 November 1666.¹ She was the daughter of Rev. Seaborn Cotton and Dorothy Bradstreet.¹ Mercy Cotton married Capt. Peter Tufts.¹ Mercy Cotton died in 1715.²

     Meriell Cotton was born circa 1699. She was the daughter of Rev. Roland Cotton and Elizabeth Saltonstall.¹

     Nathaniel Cotton was born on 17 June 1698 (1694 according to Saltonstall p. 127.)¹ He was the son of Rev. Roland Cotton and Elizabeth Saltonstall.¹ Nathaniel Cotton graduated in 1717 from Harvard.¹ He was ordained on 20 August 1721 at Bristol, Rhode Island.² He died on 3 July 1729 in Bristol, Rhode Island, at the age of 31.^1,2

Diary p. 108 n. 21 gives the mother's name as Story.)^2,3 He was the son of Rev. John Cotton and Sarah Hankredge.¹ Rev. Seaborn Cotton was baptised on 6 September 1633 at Boston being two days after they arrived in Boston.^4,5 He graduated in 1651 from Harvard.⁶ He married firstly Dorothy Bradstreet, daughter of Governor Simon Bradstreet and Ann Dudley, on 14 June 1654 at Andover.^3,7 Rev. Seaborn Cotton was ordained in 1660 and until his death was minister at Hampton. He married secondly Prudence Wade, daughter of Jonathan Wade, on 9 July 1673.³ Rev. Seaborn Cotton died on 19 April 1686 in Hampton, New Hampshire, at the age of 52.³

     Simon Cotton was born on 21 December 1701 in Hampton ?, New Hampshire.¹ He was the son of Rev. John Cotton and Anne Lake.¹ Simon Cotton died on 2 January 1710 at the age of 8.¹

     Rev. Theophilus Cotton was born on 5 May 1682 in Plymouth.² He was the son of Rev. John Cotton and Joanna Rossiter.¹ Rev. Theophilus Cotton graduated in 1701 from Harvard.² He graduated from Harvard.¹ He was ordained on 2 January 1712 at Hampton Falls, New Hampshire.³ He died on 16 August 1726 in Hampton Falls, New Hampshire, at the age of 44.³

He married Bridget Hoar, daughter of Dr. Leonard Hoar and Bridget Lisle, on 21 June 1689 in All Hallows on the Wall, London,¹ and is buried in Bunhill Fields, London. Rev. Thomas Cotton died in 1730 in London.

     Wade Cotton was born on 6 October 1676.¹ He was the son of Rev. Seaborn Cotton and Prudence Wade.¹ Wade Cotton died in infancy.¹

     Rev. Ward Cotton was born on 8 September 1711 in Sandwich, Massachusetts.² He was the son of Rev. Roland Cotton and Elizabeth Saltonstall.¹ Rev. Ward Cotton graduated in 1729 from Harvard.¹ He married Joanna Rand they had three daughters.³ Rev. Ward Cotton was ordained on 19 June 1734 at Hampton, New Hampshire.^1,2 He died on 27 November 1768 in Plymouth, Massachusetts, at the age of 57.^1,2

     Addie Belle Couch was born on 27 June 1910 in Kentucky.² She married Dr. Norman Kinsley Sewall, son of Edgar Daniel Sewall and Sylvia Tobey Robinson, on 30 May 1932 in Kirksville, Missouri.³ Addie Belle Couch died on 3 June 1993 in Santee, South Carolina, at the age of 82.²
