     Elizabeth Temple McMurrich was born on 11 November 1899 in Toronto, Ontario.¹ She was the daughter of John Dewar McMurrich and Evelyn Louisa Temple.¹

     Evelyn Dewar McMurrich was born on 19 February 1904 in Ontario.¹ She was the daughter of John Dewar McMurrich and Evelyn Louisa Temple.¹

     He was a a barrister at Toronto.² John Dewar McMurrich was born circa 1874 in Toronto, Ontario.¹ He was the son of William Barclay McMurrich and Georgina Dewar. John Dewar McMurrich married Evelyn Louisa Temple, daughter of Edmond Bonner Temple and Louise Smith Douglas, on 12 October 1898 in Toronto, York, Ontario.¹

     William Barclay McMurrich was the son of Senator John McMurrich.¹ He was a Mayor of Toronto.¹ William Barclay McMurrich married Georgina Dewar.

     Samuel McNear married Rachel Sewall, daughter of Theodore Sewall and Olive Beal, on 14 October 1825 in Newcastle, Lincoln County, Maine.^1,2 Samuel McNear died before 1850.

     Harold Leslie McNeil was born in 1892 in Hawthorn, Boroondara City, Victoria.³ He married Jane Minto Murdie, daughter of Henry Murdie and Sara Catherine Burton, on 3 October 1925 in St. Cuthbert's Presbyterian Church, Middle Brighton.^1,2 Harold Leslie McNeil died on 12 January 1975 in Warragul, Baw Baw Shire, Victoria,³ and is buried in Warragul Cemetery, Warragul, Baw Baw Shire County, Victoria.⁴

     Wright McNeill was born on 16 September 1906 in Lebanon, New Hampshire.² He married secondly Mary E. Wood, daughter of George Albert Wood and Mary Ellen Butman, on 20 April 1937 in West Lebanon, Grafton County, New Hampshire.^1,3 Wright McNeill and Mary E. Wood were divorced on 5 February 1943 at Grafton County, New Hampshire.⁴ Wright McNeill died on 28 January 1968 in Hartford, Windsor County, Vermont, at the age of 61.⁵

     Catherine McPhaedres was baptised on 20 May 1722.¹ She was the daughter of John McPhaedres and Helena Jansen.¹ Catherine McPhaedres married Robert Gilbert Livingston, son of Gilbert Robert Livingston and Cornelia Beekman, on 3 November 1740.¹ Catherine McPhaedres died in 1792.²

     John Cameron McPhee was born on 4 July 1878 in Yan Yean, Victoria.¹ He married Alice Bealey Crompton Dean, daughter of William Boswell Dean and Martha Helen Smith, on 17 April 1911 in Longford, Tasmania.¹ John Cameron McPhee died on 14 September 1952 in Hobart, Tasmania, at the age of 74.¹

     Margaret McPherson was born in 1869.¹ She was the daughter of Norman McPherson and Susan Martin. Margaret McPherson married William Henry Sewall, son of Freeman H. Sewall and Caroline Burke, on 23 June 1897 in Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts.¹ Margaret McPherson died in 1967 in Massachusetts² and is buried in Cambridge Cemetery, Cambridge, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.³

     Mary Lois McPherson was born on 11 November 1890 in Letohatchee, Lowndes County, Alabama.² She married Earl Winthrop Clapp, son of George Milton Clapp and Mars Florence Dillard, in November 1912 in Letohatchie, Alabama.¹ Mary Lois McPherson died on 19 February 1976 in Savannah, Chatham County, Georgia, at the age of 85² and is buried in Greenwich Cemetery, Savannah, Chatham County, Georgia.³

     Susan A. McPherson married firstly Rev. William Dummer Sewall, son of Dummer Sewall and Sarah or Sally Merrick, on 29 January 1834 in Milburn (now Skowhegan), Somerset County, Maine.¹ Susan A. McPherson married secondly Samuel Burrill on 15 September 1841 in Vassalboro, Kennebec County, Maine.² Susan A. McPherson died in 1877 in Illinois³ and is buried in Rutland Cemetery, Marshall County, Illinois.⁴

     John McPhetrage married Sarah Sewall, daughter of William Sewall and Sarah Chisam, on 18 March 1777 in Georgetown, Maine.² John McPhetrage died before 1782.¹

     Cecil Harry McQuigg was born on 18 August 1919 in Coquille, Coos County, Oregon.¹ He married Mary Lou Gerber, daughter of Paul Edward Gerber and Edna Diana Sewall.¹ Cecil Harry McQuigg died on 23 February 2005 in Independence, Polk County, Oregon, at the age of 85.¹

     Mary Singleton McRa was born on 16 February 1840 in South Carolina.² She married Robert Linlithgow Livingston, son of Henry Walter Livingston and Caroline de Grasse de Pau.¹ Mary Singleton McRa died on 26 March 1923 in City of Paris, Île-de-France, at the age of 83² and is buried in Saint James Episcopal Churchyard, Hyde Park, Dutchess County, New York.³

     Marie Grace (May) McShane was born on 25 May 1878 in Maryland.¹ She married Thomas Courtney Jenkins, son of George Carrell Jenkins and Mary Catherine "Kate" Key. Marie Grace (May) McShane died on 30 January 1957 at the age of 78¹ and is buried in Green Mount Cemetery, Baltimore, Baltimore City County, Maryland.²

     Charles McTaggart. Procurator fiscal.² He was born circa 1828 in Cambeltown, Argyll. He married Margaret Stewart Beatson, daughter of Capt. Henry Dundas Beatson R.N. and Margaret Stewart, on 27 July 1852 in Campbeltown, Argyll.² Charles McTaggart died on 1 February 1882 in Campbeltown, Argyll,³ and is buried in Kilkerran Cemetery, Campbeltown, Argyll.⁴

     Bethia McVean married Roderick McKenzie.¹

     Augusta McVickar was born on 11 November 1790.² She was the daughter of John McVicker.³ Augusta McVickar married Judge William Jay, son of John Jay and Sarah Van Brugh Livingston, in 1812 They had eight children.³ Augusta McVickar died on 26 April 1857 at the age of 66² and is buried in Saint Matthew's Episcopal Churchyard, Bedford, Westchester County, New York.²

     James McWilliam died before 1856 possibly in Jamaica.¹
