     Eleanor Livingston Pell was born on 7 July 1857 in Paris, Île-de-France, France.^2,3 She was the daughter of John Augustus Pell and Susan Marie Field.¹ Eleanor Livingston Pell married Charles Harris Phelps.¹ Eleanor Livingston Pell died on 13 April 1913 in Paris, Île-de-France, at the age of 55² and is buried in Pau Urban Cemetery, Pau, Departement des Pyrénées-Atlantiques County, Aquitaine.⁴

     George Pendexter was born on 29 February 1780 in Durham, Strafford County, New Hampshire.³ He married Abigail "Nabby" Titcomb, daughter of John Titcomb and Sarah Ham.¹ George Pendexter died on 12 January 1856 in Dover, Strafford County, New Hampshire, at the age of 75³ and is buried in Pine Hill Cemetery, Dover, Strafford County, New Hampshire.⁴

     Rev. Henry Gideon Pendleton was born on 28 August 1807 in Cornwall, Connecticut.^1,2,3 He married as his second wife Sarah Wood Dana, daughter of Jedediah Dana and Martha G. Wood, on 11 July 1850 in LaSalle, Illinois.^1,4,3 Rev. Henry Gideon Pendleton died on 1 July 1888 in Chenoa, McLean County, Illinois, at the age of 80.^4,3

     Sarah Boyd Pendleton was born on 11 December 1846 in Martinsburgh, West Virginia.² She married Eugene Van Rensselaer, son of General Stephen Van Rensselaer and Harriet Elizabeth Bayard, on 26 April 1863 in Baltimore, Maryland.² Sarah Boyd Pendleton died on 9 May 1923 in Washington, District of Columbia, at the age of 76.²

     Betty Phyllis Penny was born on 8 December 1917 in Brisbane City, Queensland.² She married firstly Flt Sgt. Frederick Popham Deshon. Betty Phyllis Penny married secondly John Flower Crombie D.F.C., son of James Crombie and Amy Gladys Kirk Flower, in 1954. Betty Phyllis Penny died on 16 December 2008 in Sunshine Coast, Queensland, at the age of 91² and is commemorated in Toowoomba Garden of Remembrance, Toowoomba, Queensland.³

     Caroline Alberta Pense was born on 21 August 1868 in Hamilton, Canada.^1,2 She was the daughter of John Grass Pense and Maria Panton. Caroline Alberta Pense married Henry de Quincy Sewell, son of Rev. Henry Doyle Sewell M.A. and Elizabeth Charlotte Monypenny, on 29 December 1886 in St. Luke's Church, Burlington, Ontario.³ Caroline Alberta Pense died on 5 March 1930 in the Women's College Hospital, Toronto, at the age of 61 following an operation for renal calculus² and was buried on 7 March 1930 in Mount Pleasant Cemetery.²

     Eliza Lydian Pense was born circa 1865 in Ontario.¹ She was the daughter of John Grass Pense and Maria Panton.¹

     Frederick William Pense was born on 1 June 1870 in Frontenac, Ontario.² He was the son of John Grass Pense and Maria Panton.¹ Frederick William Pense married Emma Sagar, daughter of George Sagar and Harriett Hewett, on 24 August 1909 in Lincoln, Ontario.³ Frederick William Pense died on 19 March 1934 in Toronto, Ontario, at the age of 63.⁴
