     Anna Jane Sewall was born on 8 June 1840 in Scarborough, Cumberland County, Maine.1 She was the daughter of Rev. Daniel Sewall and Angeline Brown. Anna Jane Sewall was baptised on 3 January 1841 at First Church of Scarborough.2 She married Rev. Thomas Kimball Noble, son of Simon Noble, in 1855.3 Anna Jane Sewall died on 16 February 1866 in Beaufort, South Carolina, at the age of 25.3 She is recorded as Jennie in her death notice.4
